“By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.” John 13:35

Known locally as “the little church with a big heart,” Calvary Chapel Louisa shares the love of Jesus Christ through our outreach center on Mineral Avenue. CC Louisa also emphasizes a personal relationship with God through faith in Christ and teaches verse-by-verse through the Bible, the infallible Word of God.

While our atmosphere is open and casual, we do not compromise on the authority and inerrancy of God’s Word and that salvation is by faith alone in Jesus Christ. Because God is love, loving others is part of walking with God. Pastor Dave Hansen, originally from the West Coast, often says, “We care; we share; we believe in prayer.” The family at CC Louisa has seen the Lord answer many prayers for those who are sick, hurting, or in need of financial support. We believe our God is a personal God who loves everyone and wants all people to know Him in a personal way.

All are welcome. CC Louisa meets for adult Sunday School at 9:30 am, Worship Service and children’s Sunday School at 11 am. Our weekly prayer meeting is Wednesday night at 7 pm. If you would like to talk to Pastor Dave, you can usually find him Monday – Wednesday, 10 am-4 pm at our outreach center on Mineral Avenue next to BB&T bank.
